The Johnson Publishing Library showcases some of the best storytelling to come out of the South Side of Chicago. Today, artists, writers, and thinkers from the South Side are upholding that tradition, using their platforms to share their experiences with audiences nationwide. Hear a conversation with rapper and activist Rhymefest, poet Nate Marshall (author of Wild Hundreds), and WBEZ South Side reporter Natalie Y. Moore, author of The South Side, about how they continue the legacy of South Side narratives. Moderated by Eve Ewing.
